Simple access, browsing, and use of the website ascribes the status of user of said site (hereinafter, the "User") and entails acceptance of the current Legal Notice posted on the website at all times and to comply with local laws and applicable international standards.

Access of use of the website

The User is informed, and agrees, that access to this website does not represent, in any way shape or form, the start of a commercial relationship with TECLON LLC.

In terms of browsing, the User undertakes to diligently and faithfully follow the recommendations that TECLON LLC sets forth at all times regarding the use of the site. To this end, TECLON LLC will address Users via any means of communication via the website.

TECLON LLC provides Users with an information and contact service, as well as the option to subscribe to a newsletter, among others.

For that purpose, the User must provide some personal data in the corresponding forms, which TECLON LLC will process in the capacity of data controller as per General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) and Cybersecurity Law (2019) and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection in Vietnam.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

All website content is the property of TECLON LLC or authorized third parties and is protected by intellectual property laws in Vietnam and other applicable jurisdictions.

Provision of the website content to the users does not entail, under any circumstances, the transfer of their ownership or the transfer of the exploitation rights to the user other than the use that involves legitimate use in line with the nature of the website.

Therefore, their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other activity that could be carried out with the content of the web pages is prohibited, not even citing sources, without written consent from TECLON LLC.

Security

TECLON LLC has adopted reasonable policies in relation to its website security, however it does not assume any responsibility for damage that could occur in the Users devices due to possible computer viruses caught by the User due to their browsing the web, or any other harm resulting from said browsing.

TECLON LLC ensures compliance with the Cybersecurity Law (2019) and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection in Vietnam regarding the processing of personal data of Vietnamese citizens and other users.

Where data is accessed or processed by Lontana Group entities within the EEA, compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) is guaranteed.

Modifications

TECLON LLC reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the Website, and may change, remove, or add the content and services offered on said site as well as the manner in which they are presented or are located in its servers.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This website is operated by TECLON LLC, a company duly registered in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Accordingly, any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the access to or use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Users agree that the competent courts of Vietnam shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes or legal matters related to the interpretation or application of this Legal Notice or the use of the website.

Without prejudice to the above, if any personal data is processed by entities of Lontana Group (based in Spain), such processing shall additionally be subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

TECLON LLC cung cấp cho Người dùng dịch vụ thông tin và liên hệ, cũng như tùy chọn đăng ký nhận bản tin, cùng nhiều dịch vụ khác.

Vì mục đích đó, Người dùng phải cung cấp một số dữ liệu cá nhân trong các biểu mẫu tương ứng, TECLON LLC sẽ xử lý với tư cách là bộ điều khiển dữ liệu theo Quy định bảo vệ dữ liệu chung (GDPR - EU 2016/679) và Luật an ninh mạng (2019) và Nghị định 13/2023/ND-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân tại Việt Nam.

Do đó, người dùng được thông báo rằng họ có thể thực hiện các quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa và phản đối dữ liệu cá nhân của mình.

Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân

TECLON LLC đảm bảo tuân thủ Luật An ninh mạng (2019) và Nghị định 13/2023/ND-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân tại Việt Nam liên quan đến việc xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của công dân Việt Nam và những người dùng khác.

Khi dữ liệu được các thực thể của Tập đoàn Lontana trong EEA truy cập hoặc xử lý, việc tuân thủ Quy định bảo vệ dữ liệu chung (GDPR - EU 2016/679) được đảm bảo.

Sửa đổi

TECLON LLC có quyền thực hiện bất kỳ thay đổi nào mà TECLON LLC cho là phù hợp, mà không cần thông báo trước, đối với Trang web và có thể thay đổi, xóa hoặc thêm nội dung và dịch vụ được cung cấp trên trang web đó cũng như cách thức chúng được trình bày hoặc được đặt trên máy chủ của TECLON LLC.

Quyền tài phán và luật áp dụng

Trang web này được điều hành bởi TECLON LLC, một công ty được đăng ký hợp lệ tại Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Theo đó, mọi tranh chấp hoặc khiếu nại phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến việc truy cập hoặc sử dụng trang web này sẽ được điều chỉnh và diễn giải theo luật pháp của Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

Người dùng đồng ý rằng tòa án có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam sẽ có thẩm quyền độc quyền để giải quyết mọi tranh chấp hoặc vấn đề pháp lý liên quan đến việc giải thích hoặc áp dụng Thông báo pháp lý này hoặc việc sử dụng trang web.

Không ảnh hưởng đến những điều trên, nếu bất kỳ dữ liệu cá nhân nào được xử lý bởi các thực thể của Tập đoàn Lontana (có trụ sở tại Tây Ban Nha), thì việc xử lý đó cũng phải tuân theo các điều khoản của Quy định bảo vệ dữ liệu chung (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
